how do a sign up 2 two man teams on one score card

In League Manager, under 'Setup' in your 'Point Calculation Parameters' on tab #3 'Team vs. Team', select the 'foursomes' option in the upper left corner. Then your scorecards should show 2 twosomes on each scorecard.
