When you "Export" to Excel, HTML, etc...you are simply saving the report to a file.  You can then load the file into Excel, your web browser, etc...

If you would like to save a report as a spreadsheet:

  1. View a report on the screen.
  2. Click PRINT, then Click the 'Export' button
  3. By default LM wants to save the report as "GolfReport" to the folder LMData.  You can name the report anything you wish and save it to any folder.  If you use the default...LM will save the file to GOLFREPORT.XLS in the LMDATA folder.
    Let's put it on your DESKTOP.  Click the drop down list in the SAVE IN box and select DESKTOP.  Click the SAVE button.
  4. A file icon called "GOLFREPORT.XLS" will appear on your desktop.  Double-click this and EXCEL will launch with the report as the spreadsheet.


Or if you would like to save your report as a webpage:

  1. View a report on the screen.
  2. Click PRINT, then Click the 'Export' button
  3. By default LM wants to save the report as "GolfReport" to the folder LMData. Let's put it on your DESKTOP.  Click the drop down list in the 'SAVE IN' box and select 'DESKTOP'.  Also change the save type to HTML (Web format). Click the 'SAVE' button.
  4. A file icon called "GOLFREPORT.HTM" will appear on your desktop.  Double-click this and your browser will launch with the report as the page.
