Recently, we have had customers call to say that their
League Manager or Tournament Manager shuts down if they try to pull up a
report or similar action. When they check their Add/Remove programs
list, they find that a Comcast-provided program called Constant Guard
Protection Suite was recently added.
Simply click on the Constant Guard icon and go to the options tab and you can allow League Manager or Tournament Manager program to run. See Manage my "Blocked Program" Rules. Click on the "Allow" radio button for the appropriate program. Here are the program file names for our desktop products which might encounter problems with Constant Guard Protection Suite:
League Manager = lm.exe (that is an "L"; not the number "1")
Tournament Manager = tm.exe
Handicap System = hms.exe
You can also delete the Constant Guard Protection Suite from the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs and your issue should be resolved.
